Galaxy Video has provided services for ceremonies, conferences and charity events for over 10 years. We are specialists in the filming of live events and graduation ceremonies and pride ourselves on our highly respected, professional and dynamic service.

We can relay your event live to screen, regardless of the size and environment.  What’s more, we are able to broadcast instantly, live footage from our multiple cameras to the world online through our web streaming service, giving everyone a front row seat.

And for those that miss out we can capture your live show in one professionally produced video package, enabling you to communicate its best moments to a far larger audience – whether they are your friends and family, fans, employees, the media or important stakeholders and clients.

Our Approach

At Galaxy Video we have a long history in the recording of live events. We understand the importance of being unobtrusive and discreet.

We only use broadcast quality cameras and equipment and have fail-safe backup systems that guard against any technical glitches.

Any event requires organisation and planning and at Galaxy video we seek to make our side of things as easy to manage as possible. As we have our own extensive in-house facilities, camera crew and editors we can take care of all the production meaning that there is no need to deal with third parties and costs can be kept low.

We work closely with event organisers and know the importance of a professional and communicative relationship. Our experience in this field is matched only by our passion for filming live events. We get a real buzz from the events and shows that we capture and this enthusiasm is reflected in both our dedication to the job and the results that we produce.

Middlesex University Graduation Ceremony

In 2010 Galaxy Video recorded and distributed the graduation ceremonies that took place at Middlesex University.

Taking place over five days, there were fifteen ceremonies in total. Each student was then able to purchase his or her own DVD of the graduation immediately after the ceremony or purchase it at a later date.

Galaxy Video has since improved its service further by being able to stream the ceremony live, online.
